Do you do custom orders?
Yes, the majority of my sales are custom orders and custom commissions. They are some of my absolute favorite to do as it challenges my creativity and sometimes I get to help my customer's dream terrarium come true! If you're wanting a custom, please refer to my 5 inch or 8 inch custom terrarium listing to make a custom design.

Does the top come off?
No, the top is not removable to ensure long lasting display quality.

Does it come with a base?
Yes, each terrarium comes firmly attached to base via a screw and glue for easier display.

Are there any real plants or water the terrariums?
No, each terrarium is hand-crafted and painted with the use of artificial plants to mimic real life plants and water but does not contain any. This means no maintenance necessary.

When will my order ship?
Each terrarium is made to order for each customer and depending on my current order volume and commissions list, it may take anywhere from 2-4 weeks for me to make your terrarium. I try to work swiftly while ensuring top quality, but each landscape is very detailed with several different types of mixed media that take time to dry and cure. Rest assured your terrarium will be shipped to you no more than 30 days from purchase date unless we previous discuss a later ship by date in the instance your figure needs to be imported from outside the US. As soon as your terrarium is complete, I will notify you so you can track it right away.

How can I track my package?
Each order is shipped through USPS with a USPS tracking order that will be given to you when your order is complete.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, I do ship internationally, there may be an additional charge for shipping for orders outside the US. If you do not see your country listed, please let me know at pokepokedesigns@gmail.com and I will add it right away!

Are the terrariums made of glass?
No, they are made of a clear sturdy plastic.

Where do you get your figures?
The majority of my figures are imported internationally from Japan and Thailand, although I try to get them from local sellers anytime I can.

What will come in my package?
Your order will come packaged with care in tissue paper and bubble wrap and will be packaged in a PokePoke Designs stamped package. Inside you will find your order, a thank you card from me, a free random sticker.

What if my order arrives damaged?
I do my best to pack each terrarium carefully but if your order arrives damaged, please email me at pokepokedesigns@gmail.com with your order number, name, description of damage and photo of the damage that may be pertinent to find and fix your order.

Returns
Each terrarium is made to order for each customer so returns are not accepted unless there is proof of  damage in which case, the order must be shipped back first before the refund can be processed.
